Founded in 2013 by Lucie Wishart, Fellow of the NAEA, Wishart Estate Agents began as a one-woman venture with a simple aim to do estate agency differently. Built on genuine relationships, trust and care, it has grown into an award-winning, independent all-female team serving Tadcaster and the surrounding villages.
What makes Wishart different is their refreshingly personal approach. They combine in-depth local knowledge with modern marketing, honest advice and a structured strategy that ensures every client feels supported from start to finish. The business is built on three principles: honesty, expertise and genuine care, and many clients return and recommend them because of how they make the process feel clear, calm and carefully handled at every stage.
Did you know they are proud to be fully independent and do not rely on referral fees? Their reputation has grown largely through word of mouth, which means the way we treat people truly matters.
Wisharts Estate Agents are proud to live and work in the same community as their clients, helping people move forward with confidence.
